I think pacing as a word needs a little more exposure to a lot of people these days. We are in this day and age where urgency seems to be the primary push for progress, but I think pacing is one important aspect that's not given much thought.

hahaha well Mimi, I lost it :)) I was too confident that I got the new template right. I copy-pasted the new template i wanted, erasing my old beautiful template without saving it, and voila! here's what I have. :))
and yes, simple and clean is a good excuse. ;)
