It's amusing. With all the noise, colors and different lights around, you can never get enough stimuli for your senses.
We are amused by their unlikeliness, by their veering away from what's ordinary. And sometimes, we are already annoyed by its unsightliness, but we'd rather be amused by its peculiarity.
And since we brought ourselves into this circus life, where we expect nothing but oddities, we just laugh and jeer with the rest of the audience as if we're really amused, as if we're liking what we see. Oh, the simple and stupid joys in life.
